ST LOUIS, MAY 26, 2017 - Vess Soda has teamed up with St. Louis’ own, Jon Alexander, to give viewers a look into what makes the city so enchanting and unique. The first episode will be available online on May 27, following a premiere event at Byrd & Barrel on May 26 from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.

There’s a vast amount of talent within the city of St. Louis that flies under the radar. Vess and Jon Alexander collaborated to create a well-balanced and eclectic view of the city’s culture through a visual work of art. The series will showcase food, fashion, music, and key tastemakers in the St. Louis area, with every business and person featured having originated from St. Louis. Notable features in the series include: Staci Static of Old School 95.5, Sarah Stallmann, writer, wardrobe stylist, and board member for the St. Louis Fashion Fund and Jeff and Randy Vines, owners of STL- Style/Style House.

Topics covered include stories of St. Louis’ DIY spirit, where followings and careers are built from scratch, how collaboration is at the forefront of a now bustling creative scene and what the future looks to hold for the city of St. Louis. The features range from experienced vets to newcomers who are difficult to ignore. Combined, these two generations of innovators are creating a St. Louis that we can all be proud to be apart of.
